Alexander Leonida

Alex joined CFG in 2006 shortly after graduating the University of Northern Colorado. Gradually working his way up, Alex forged a path forward at CFG through rigorous financial education programs, a slew of financial licenses, and gaining gritty industry experience.
In 2013, he earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP) designation, and followed that with his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation in 2018.
​
With his aptitude for analytics, problem solving, information gathering, and questioning how and why things work, Alex has developed his professional career thinking beyond economic norms, and pushing the financial field to rethink market assumptions. With these attributes, Alex enjoys advanced asset management, as well as crafting creative solutions for clients.
In 2022, Alex bought CFG, taking over as CEO and Owner. He is excited by the opportunity to take CFG to new levels by implementing new tools and practices to build out a more robust client-centric experience.

Alex is happily married to Rae. Together, they are parents to Evangeline and Knox. Alex is a competitive amateur golfer, naturally opinionated blogger, avid reader, and Grill Master.

Originally from Hutchinson, Kansas, Dennis moved to Colorado with his family when he was 15 years old. He played college baseball at the University of Northern Colorado, competing in the College World Series in 1974.

Dennis began his career in the financial services industry in 1976, ultimately starting his own firm, Capital Financial Group, Inc. in 1989.
​
With his wife, Sandra, Denny loves to entertain family and friends over a glass of wine and one of his legendary grilled steaks. Still a huge sports fan, Denny spends much of his free time on the golf course or at a ball game.
​
Dennis and Sandra have four grandchildren. They love to travel to their favorite destinations, and visit family, especially his youngest son Cole and family now residing in Arizona.
John Guigli

CFG Financial Advisor
Affectionately known in the office as the pride of Trinidad, John grew up in the small southern Colorado town. He ventured north to Colorado State University, graduating with a Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance in 1973.
​
John wasted little time beginning in the financial services industry in 1976. He then earned his Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations in 1984 and 1985 respectively.
​
In 2016, after over three decades of battling, John lost his wife, Denise, to Multiple Sclerosis. John has two lovely daughters, Jennifer and Rebecca. In his free time, John loves to travel and play golf with his buddies.

Leah Hlewko

Leah began her professional career working as a certified pharmacy technician before joining CFG in 2016. She has continuously gone above and beyond to harness new skills, take on continued education, and fine tune her professional development to master the operations for CFG.
​
Leah is mother to daughter Teagan and son Asher. Together, there is nothing they would rather do than jump in the Subaru and head to the mountains.
When a trip to the slopes just isn't an option, Leah can be found practicing yoga, going to concerts, or spending time with her family and friends.
Jennifer Humphreys
Operations Administrator
Jennifer graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Prior to joining CFG, she worked in finance and lending, with the last 10 years in home mortgage.
A Colorado native, Jennifer is married and a proud dog mom to Ginger and Marvin. Jennifer coaches her pups to participate and win agility competitions on the weekends.
​
When Ginger and Marvin are recovering from their competitions, Jennifer and her husband enjoy Broncos games and traveling to their favorite destinations. She also loves to bake and cook delicious recipes for her family.
Rae Leonida
Culture + Design
Rae graduated from the University of Denver double-majoring in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Marketing. In 2016, She traveled the world working for Unreasonable Group as a logistics guru and bespoke producer.
​
Her diverse background, experiences, and studies helped Rae develop a unique skillset. Working alongside a vast array of incredibly successful humans like the Co-Founder of the Stanford D School, Founders of multiple startups, and Google inventors has provided Rae a foundation for driving and developing highly successful teams.
​
She is an avid reader, fitness enthusiast, home chef, and amateur golfer. Rae is a devoted mother to Evangeline and Knox. She volunteers for the Parents Association at her children's school, participates in her local MOPS group, and has a consulting business, Level Up Design Lab.
